Primary areas of responsibility:

  • Monitor of Cash Flow through projection and delinquency reports (run on weekly basis), quality control
  • Accountable for management of COD funds reporting, adjustments, and corrections
  • Accountable for management of T4 correspondence with Business Office, including but not limited to:
    • Disbursement rosters, batch disbursement/notification receipts
  • Accountable for the complete R2T4 process for drop/withdrawn students, including but not limited to:
    • Pre-R2T4 calculations returns, R2T4 calculation, refunds, PWDs, credit balances
  • Accountable for management of Federal financial aid reconciliation
  • Accountable for management Federal Work Study and FSEOG
  • Accountable for management of refunds and stipends
  • Monitor FAA – Financial Aid Automation
  • Other duties as required


Experience Required:

  • 5 years in Financial Aid industry
  • 5 years of management experience (FA or otherwise)
  • 2 years of Financial Aid management experience


Skills Required:

  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • CampusVue
  • BA preferred
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with all levels of organization


Measurement of Success:

  • Annual performance review
  • Weekly/monthly/yearly department metrics
  • Annual FSA audit
  • Regular meeting with Vice President of Financial Aid
